COVID-19 ALERT:
We have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect our Stride Bank Center guests. However, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By entering the Stride Bank Center, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and the Stride Bank Center disclaims any and all liability related thereto.
In accordance with the guidance and recommendations set forth by the CDC and local health officials, we respectfully request that the following guests not attend today’s event:
- Guests who are feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (including fever, cough and shortness of breath);
- Guests who have been diagnosed with, or believe to have contracted, COVID-19, unless you have had no fever for 72 hours (without use of medicine) and 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared;
- Guests who have been in contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days; and
- Guests who have traveled internationally in the past 14 days.
- While masks are not required for Stride Bank Center events, they are highly recommended
STRIDE BANK CENTER COVID-19 POLICIES & PROCEDURES – BANQUETS & MEETINGS
The safety and well-being of the Stride Bank Center employees, partners, and guests is our top priority. To provide a safe environment for guests to partake in and enjoy events, the Stride Bank Center has put the following measures in place and is asking guests to take certain precautions when attending events at the Stride Bank Center until further notice:
- All guests are encouraged to wear face coverings/masks while inside the Stride Bank Center. All employees will be required to wear masks when interacting with guests
- Guests who are feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (including fever, cough and shortness of breath) should not enter the Stride Bank Center
- Guests who have been diagnosed with, or believe to have contracted, COVID-19, unless you have had no fever for 72 hours (without use of medicine) and 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared should not enter the Stride Bank Center
- Guests who have been in contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days should not enter the Stride Bank Center
- Guests who have traveled internationally in the past 14 days should not enter the Stride Bank Center
- Social distancing for guests is required while inside the Stride Bank Center
- Hand Sanitizer stations have been placed at high traffic areas of the Stride Bank Center. Guests are encouraged to use them frequently and/or wash their hands frequently
- All entry doors to the facility, ballrooms and bathrooms will be left open for events
- All areas used by an event will be sanitized before and after each event
- Housekeepers will be on site during all events frequently sanitizing high traffic areas
- All banquet tables will be set a minimum six feet apart and seating at round tables will be limited to four people per table (unless they live in the same household)
- Elevator capacities will be limited to one household at a time
- There will no longer be self-serve buffets. If a buffet is requested, Stride Bank Center staff will serve from the buffet line while guests stand a required distance away from the food
- Plexiglass barriers are in place in food service areas to separate guests from food
- Where lines will be forming (such as buffets & bars) markings will be placed on the floor 6ft apart to ensure social distancing
- No items will be preset on any banquet tables. All items not picked up on the buffet lines will be brought to the table including condiments, beverages, utensils, etc.
- All beverages will be served with coverings. If refills are requested, they will be provided in a new glass
